Is it necessary to register my self for shopping on this website? Can I place an order without registration?

Sir /Ma'am you can browse the products however currently guest check out option is not available. To enjoy the seamless shopping experience registration is a prerequisite.

Which All IOS and Android Version are supported for APP?

App. We will launching soon, however you can access the website through browser of any of the mobile devices

Do you have COD option? If yes what are there terms and conditions

Currently we do not have the COD option. Only prepaid options are available in credit, debit & net banking.

Why are you charging the shipping charges when almost all well known e commerce or even small scale are shipping it free?

We also offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 1000. However If the order value is less than Rs 1000 there are nominal charges of 99 which are non refundable. As we offer Top brands and latest fashion styles at best price in the market

Can I Have Billing address different and shipping address different?

Yes you can have billing as well as shipping address .You can manage the same via My Profile on the website

Do you have any special membership like amazon prime, or any other loyalty program?

Currently we are not having such subscription offers

Can I cancel the order by Calling Contact Centre?

You will have a cancel tab in your order history to initiate the cancellation. Cancellation will be initiated only if your order is not shipped. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled but you can return back as per our return policy .In case your order is shipped you will have to wait until order is delivered and initiate the return request. What are the shipping charges?

We have weekly promotions where there are several offers where shipping is free. However in general all orders above Rs 999 are frees shipping. If the order value is less than Rs 99 there are nominal charges of Rs 99 which are non refundable.

Do you have an express delivery option? /How can I get my order delivered faster?

We ensure that the you will receive your order on time. However as of now we do not have express shipping option

How do I Check the status of my order?

How Can I check if Central delivers to my Pin Code?

On the product display page you have option to enter your pincode and check for serviceability.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet? What am I supposed to do now

How to Cancel the Order and what is the cancellation policy?

You can log in to your account and go to my order section in profile tab. You will have a cancel tab in order history. However cancellation will be initiated only if order is not shipped. What is Return and Exchange Policy and How does it work?

At Jealous 21, we understand how much you value your every purchase and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just initiate return within 15 days of delivery and we guarantee pickup within 3 days and a refund to be initiated within 24 hours from the date of pickup. We assure you that products sold on Jealous 21 are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product? How do I return multiple products from a single order?

In case of FP wallet & the refund would reflect in 24 hours once the shipment is picked up. For credit/debit cards once the shipment is picked up, refund is initiated in 24 hours, and credit will be posted thereafter in 7-10 working days as per bank policies.

How do I self Ship the product and where I need to do so ?

As of now we do not have Self Ship option for return

Do you pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Yes, just initiate return within 15 days of delivery and we guarantee pickup within 3 days and a refund to be initiated within 4 working days from the date of pickup.

What should I do if my payment has failed?

if your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all! Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

Is the amount payable is inclusive of GST? On Product landing page the price mentioned is inclusive of taxes?

The MRP, Selling price and the offer price are clearly mentioned against the product. These are inclusive of taxes

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. You will get the net amount paid. However the shipping charges paid would not be refunded in case of returns

How can I modify my order after having placed it?

You can not modify the order once its placed, you may place a new order for the additional products

Will I get a call/Notification SMS/ email before delivery is attempted?

You will receive a CONFIRMATION SMS .We will try to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from ‘My Order’ section in profile tab. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider.

I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?

Courier will reattempt for delivery.

The delivery time committed for my order is over now. What do I do?

You may cancel the order if the order is not yet shipped or you can return your product if the order is shipped once it is delivered at your door step

Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
  • - Return request is made outside the specified time frame.(15 Days post delivery.)
  • - Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • - Specific categories like innerwear and sleepwear, loungewear, shapewear, lingerie, sports accessories, fashion accessories like socks, hankies, mufflers, caps, ties, scarves, wallets and belts
  • - Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • - Products with tampered or missing barcodes or tags
  • - Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, your refund is initiated automatically. You will be notified of the same by SMS The money will be transferred back to the original mode of payment. It would further take 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund from our side

The item I bought is now available at a lower price. What do I do?

Our offers and discounts keep changing time to time, you may cancel the order if it’s not shipped or return the product with the return policy.

In case of order cancellation, If the Item is not yet shipped will I get the entire refund including the shipping charges? In case If order is shipped and I cancelled or refused to accept will I get the refund of entire amount including shipping charges

In case if order is not shipped Rs 99 shipping charges will not be deducted. However in case if the order is shipped then the Shipping charges will be deducted if applicable
